Self-doubt is a lack of one’s self-confidence or abilities.

Affirmations are an easy way to help you overcome your subconscious thinking and create the world you want to see. The stories we tell ourselves about our lives are all created by us. How we feel, what we think, and how we react are all chosen by us.

Speaking aloud or writing affirmations can bring you out of a negative headspace, improve your self-esteem, overcome a bad habit, and reprogram yourself for success.

Feelings of self-doubt can include low self-esteem, trouble giving yourself credit, experiencing imposter syndrome – feeling like you’re never good enough.

Whether it’s a feeling you’ve dealt with for a while (as self-doubt can stem from childhood) or a newfound feeling due to a new goal or life change – I hope these affirmations for self-doubt bring you comfort.
